- Matric Qualification
- Secretarial Diploma advantageous
- Minimum four years Personal Assistant/Secretarial experience at a senior level
- Trustworthy, understands and respects confidentiality
- Typing skills ( 60 words pm)
- Good computer literacy, (MS Office, Excel {including graphics}, PowerPoint, Access).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised

- 3-5 years family work experience
- Registration with the SACSSP
- Strength Based Developmental Assessment Training
- Bilingual (ability to speak vernacular advantageous).
- Valid driver’s licence with own reliable transport.
- Be prepared to work flexi-hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assessments of families and youth.
- Implement Family Strengthening and Family Preservation Services in diverse communities, according to the GBT model.
- Report writing.
- Formulate Care Plans and IDPs.
